2 months in and my Ulcerative Colitis is better. I even ate something that would usually trigger an attack today and....nothing! Pretty amazed.

Firstly, I love seeing all the research, thank you for demonstating its connectedness and how it all works. So many of us are told there is no solution, except lifelong immune suppressants. Im week 4, alongside the candida protocal and my chron's flared bad at the start with all the die-off but touch wood, I have been symptom free for 4 weeks of the 8 weeks I've done this, and I am never symptom free.

My auto disease is Rheumatoid Arthritis, I also have the ridging in my nails, super interesting! This is my stage 5. I had lots of stages hahah. The pain in my knees halved after the Candida stage and thats why I kept going. Im now finished the month on this and the MSK inflammation and I quite literally have NO PAIN! This is after 4 years of daily pain and limitation. Very very pleased. You need to dedicate yourself, but it is very much worth the efforts.

I have diagnosed Crohn’s Disease. I didn’t do this to save money, I did it for answers. In my journey I have had full comprehensive stool tests run by an integrative doctor and and no answers. I’ve tried 3 different kinds of diets along the way, some helped marginally but still had flares. In the end they put me on intermittent prednisolone to stop the bleeding. I want to know if this is a factor so I made sure I wasn’t taking the prednisolone and I ran the test. Yes IL1 and IL6 are very high. My IL2 was in a healthy range. Was interesting to found out later the prednisolone suppresses IL1 and IL6, maybe thats why it helps. Now I have some reassurance that this is the right pathway for long-term correction, but the answer isnt simple because I have about 4 things on here I need to work on for inflammation. Atleast now I know.
