Bingo. Yeah I’m diagnosed pre-diabetic. By far this is the best advice I’ve received. The fact it’s all clinically backed and to what extent it’s expected to change is what I need. I trust this, and I don’t trust many things.

I was low score on this 55, don’t have belly fat, just the nervous system and mood stuff. I did just some dietary changes and yeah wow, I feel much more peaceful and not easily triggered anymore.

When I read the cortisol part I knew I was doing the right thing by concurrently doing the SNS stress stage. My friend said to me earlier, “where’s Tina and what did you do with her” and I just had to get on here and comment. I’m magically surviving on salad, not pastry, sandwiches, sushi etc. And I feel really good. My skin looks more youthful and I’m so chilled out. Something went down with my ex and I don’t even care, when usually I’m on fire about it. Amazing what unmanaged sugar does to your mind and mood. Really really happy, you’ve changed my life for the better.

This is me and basically my whole family. I ordered the supplements for both me and my mum as a Mother’s Day gift hahaha. She wasn’t very impressed at the time, now she is, we have both lost some belly fat!! 👯‍♀️🙌 we both have more energy and using it to exercise. Shes very mainstream but said now she’s going to do the whole program, you have another convert.

My goal was to lose some belly weight this year, so I have done this stage consistently for 3 months with others. I exercised the same, but the supplements and other stages gave me more energy and I ate less carbs as a result even though my stress was high. Dont think I could have pulled it off without the support. Thank you.

I’m diagnosed diabetic so wasn’t surprised when this came up. Im on metformin which has helped but my range is still marginally above normal and I have many of these symptoms. I actually didn’t know they correlated. Haven’t started yet, but wanted to drop in to say, great system, everything is on point and transparent.

Was exciting to see loads of my symptoms in one category. It’s been 2 months I did it all and honestly feel fantastic! 💃 Like coming off a drug you didn’t know you were on!

I’m such a guilty sweet tooth and have anxiety and other symptoms, seems most of our population do! I didn’t pay for the test through this site, I went to the doctor and asked and got it rebated but they would only to the fasting test, I know the other is better but I need to save money. Doctor said it’s fine, but clearly this is about optimising, not disease. I checked against this data and my fasting glucose was 5.7. I did just the dietary advice, which was really challenging, carbs / sugar are everywhere. I knuckled down as I wanted to see the difference. It’s been 3 months and this was my main diet protocol whilst I did supplements from other stages. I weighed myself and I’ve lost 6.2 kilos exactly, definitely look a little trimmer around the belly. I tried on a pair of old jeans, and they almost fit!!! Anxiety wise was the biggest difference, from the moment I cut out the big carb loaders my nervous system started to settled. Now I feel like a Buddhist monk, nothing shakes me. I’ve had anxiety for YEARS, sometimes medicated. Also random, the heels don’t look as chapped as before, I’ve always been a little conscious about my ugly heels. Thank you for the optimisation, feels so good.

My HbA1c was 5.7, borderline. Yet I have all of the symptoms mentioned except Neuropathy, high blood pressure and skin tags. I cut out a lot my sweet treats, it was really really hard for the first 3 days, took willpower. Rest of the week the cravings were still there, I ended up making what I think saved me, kept me full and curbed the cravings somehow. It was a chia pudding soaked in beetroot juice and coconut cream added later, also added 85% Lindt choc, loads of cinnamon and pomegranate. It’s been a whole month and i feel amazing! Crystal clear thinking, no random anxiety attacks or nerviness, my mood is better, my sleep is better, my skin looks like I’ve been on a full lemon water detox, my energy is stable. This is amazing, and I’m so thrilled, all the stars.
