Doing this with the progesterone support for 2 months, my cycle was 32 days this time and its usually 38, plus im getting way less break outs

Ive struggled with hormonal acne for years, ive also got PCOS. Ive been doing this stage alongside others like thyroid and progesterone. Ive been vigilent, its been about 3 months and this is the difference in my skin. Im happy and im going to continue.
