The berbesorb gave me gut pain, but I like how I feel on the cordyceps. My pain has dropped a quarter of what it was, so going to throw in the MSK inflammation support next.

I've read the Medical Medium stuff, he's big on EBV management for thyroid health. I did his protocal but he doesnt use cordyceps. I really feel the difference on that, its given me a boost and its not an anxious one, a steady one. I like it and going to get my thyroid markers tested after another 2 months on this.

Id heard about this for rheumatoid arthritis and Hashi's, my chiro mentioned it. Detected in 80% of Hashi's patients is wild! How has my doctor not mentioned this over the years. I take all 3 of these and have done for 3 months. The pain in my wrists and knees is SO much better, my chiro is thrilled. I am going in for bloods next week and will get my antibodies checked, but my energy has been consistent, no fluctuations so I have a good feeling.
