I used a topical DHT blocker for 3 months, it was thick and gluggy, I didnt enjoy using it and I reckon I got a 50% improvment. Stopped that and tried just this for another 3 months. I feel like its been more effective, hair is definitely thicker and shedding has ceased without any other help.
