Totally understand the toddler challenge menioned above. Side note for anyone else. I gave the kiwi fruit and put Reishi in my toddlers bottle with stevia drops and he definitely sleeps better now, as do I. Blessings!

I really love this tea, I take my supp with it 1 hour before bed and sleep ealrier and all the way through, its really improved my ability to concentrate in the daytime.

The Porcini mushroom and Sour Cherries are impossible to find, but I did the kiwi and the tea. Think I need to do the supplement as im better but still waking with the dogs.

Didnt really want to take so many supplement so I just did the reishi and the sour cherries. I feel like its a 30% improvement, going to start on the kiwi fruit now and just mix in with the cherries for dessert.

I slept well before becoming a mum, this stuff helps, but feel like I need it to be more sedating because my toddler still wakes me coughing or kicking or snoring.

I have my Reishi at 5:30pm then I take my supplement 1 hour before bed and I sleep like a log. Feel so much better in the morning, good stuff!
